California Date Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • double dates

  • banana (preferably frozen)

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (or cinnamon)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1:

Chop dates into small pieces and combine the almond milk, dates, banana, vanilla, and ice in a blender.

Step 2:

Blend everything together until everything is smooth (its ok if some dates are still in tact).

Step 3:

Top with nutmeg, cinnamon or chocolate powder and enjoy!
